Depending on the agreed project, AI assistance may support talent matching, language assessment, training, knowledge retrieval, customer interactions, quality review and aggregated insights. A capability described on this website is not a statement that it is active in every project.
What this website actually does
The interface and sales-training examples use fictional content and predefined feedback. There is no live AI chatbot, automated language assessment, application scoring or connection to an AI processor. Form entries are validated and delivered through the configured SMTP mailbox.
Purposes and information
A project may need relevant skills, experience, language information, availability, approved knowledge and agreed interaction content. The actual information, purpose and permitted recipients must be documented before any AI processing is activated. Unnecessary personal information should be excluded.
Human review and applicants
AI-assisted matching is intended to support a human review of project-relevant criteria. Final selection and suitability decisions remain subject to human review. The website does not automatically accept or reject applicants, add hidden AI scores to emails, infer sensitive characteristics or perform emotion recognition.
Language and communication
Assessment should concern intelligibility and the communication required for the role. Accent is not a proxy for quality. Automated assistance may inform a review; it should not determine candidate selection on its own.
Suggestions and outcomes
Agents and supervisors must check suggestions against the customer context and approved information. Assistance can be incomplete or wrong and does not guarantee an operational result.
